BIO of Fred Reese of Anderson, Indiana
Wife is Sandra Reese with 2 sons, Fred Reese, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Anderson, Indiana and lifelong member of Anderson Zion Baptist Church. He brings a strong background in community involvement and youth development. With over 20 years of experience in team building and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Fred's leadership accomplishments and managerial expertise is a welcome in Madison County Indiana Council.

From 1997 through 2002, Fred was appointed by the UAW International Union as Joint Activities Representative where he served as Chairman. He helped to draft the first contract agreement between DRA and UAW 662. He also served as a Human Resources Representative, Quality Network Representative, and Joint Training Representative. He was instrumental in the early development of Delco Remy America's " Focus Factory Concepts" and assisted in organization structure and development of training the workforce union and management. Fred was also influential in the orientation and workforce development process of overseeing a $10 million dollar commitment negotiation for employee development for seven satellite factories throughout Anderson and Chesterfield Indiana, Madison County.
